Our farmers share a conservationist vision of soil fertility and biodiversity, including a refusal to engage in actions that are harmful to nature. Working at high altitudes, great care is taken to ensure a full commitment to organic agricultural practices, complemented by intensive planting of native tree spores in order to increase biodiversity and shelter the regions’s native wildlife.
